How to Withdraw Funds

Withdrawing funds at Trade360 is quick and easy. Please read on for some useful information about the withdrawal process.

Required Documentation

In order to prevent third-party access to your account and as part of our regulatory requirements, you are required to have submitted “Know-Your-Client” compliance documents before your withdrawal request can be processed (please see Required Documentation).

In case a substantial period of time has passed since your initial deposit was placed, you may be asked to re-submit your updated bank information and/or proof of residence along with your request for withdrawal.

Relationship between Withdrawal and Deposit Methods

Withdrawals will only be processed and transferred via the payment method used to place your initial deposit.

If your initial deposit was executed using a credit card, the maximum amount that can be transferred back to your credit card is equal to the initial deposit made on the card. Any amount that exceeds your initial deposit will be transferred directly into your bank account via wire transfer. Withdrawal requests are processed, providing we have all necessary information and subject to payment processor procedures.

Execution of Withdrawals

We process all withdrawals within 3 business days of your request. The amount of time you will wait between submitting a withdrawal request and receiving your funds depends on your chosen payment method. The estimated amount of time to receive your payment will vary depending on your payment provider.

Reasons for Delayed Withdrawals

A withdrawal might be delayed due to missing and/or incorrect bank details, technical problems, or failure to meet minimum volume requirements.

In the event that you are experiencing issues regarding a delayed withdrawal, you will be contacted by a customer support representative, who will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Should we receive an email from you stating that your withdrawal was not completed, we will immediately apply for a corresponding tracking number (ARN).
